Kinnari has been incredibly kind and supportive over the past few days, continuously providing feedback and assistance. Of course, the app’s design is simple and easy to view, and it is also very easy to use. It can be used as an FAQ, and separately, it allows customers to submit their own Q&A as well. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice app, since it allows users to post questions on product pages as well as on a dedicated FAQ page, while also allowing admins to arrange traditional FAQs. Customer service was the best! They tweaked the layout according to my request and did everything quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Discover this ultimate app for your Shopify store at an unbelievably reasonable monthly price. Don't waste a second - install it now! Rest assured that any issues you encounter will be resolved with exceptional patience. Don't just take my word for it; experience it yourself and avoid the hassle of trying inferior apps. I'm very satisfyed with this App : installed it in a 1st shop, had questions from clients which led to sells, so I'm installing it on my 2nd shop ! Plus assistance is quick and effective (to get the widget in the good place for instance).

This is an excellent app that makes it quick and easy for customers to ask questions and receive a prompt reply. Then the question/answer remains on the product page for future customers to see. Previously a customer would have to call or email which was probably an impediment to sales. During setup and testing the developer made some improvements for me including implementing a confirmation message after the customer submits a question, and providing a clickable link in the answer email so that the customer can easily return to the product page. This is a must-have app!

I installed this app and after testing I really liked the way that it works. I have been migrating my site to shopify, and then asked the support team if they could help me. They imported all of my FAQs from a previous platform and did an excellent job. If you are considering an FAQ app for each of your products, I recommend you go with this one as you will not only get a good app, you'll get good support too.
