The AI support chat bot is absolutely amazing. You almost don't even need to code or configure anything in the app. The chat bot does it for you. As an example, I had a very complex set of logic needed to display 36 different products based on the answers to multiple, multiple choice questions and the chat bot did it perfectly... in about 60 seconds. This would have taken me hours and hours to code manually. I simply created a master mapping matrix and the chat bot did the rest. Truly amazing.

The mapping matrix is exactly the right way to use it: you hold the merchandising logic, Copilot handles the wiring. 36 products across multiple choice paths is the kind of setup that used to be a spreadsheet and an afternoon, and it should not be. Thank you for your review! Fast setup gets you live, but the analytics is where a quiz starts paying for itself. The drop-off per question usually points at one question worth cutting, and removing it tends to do more for completions than anything you add.
