Hi Zoe — thanks again for the feedback, and sorry it didn’t click for your tanning setup. Just to add: we did try reaching out a few times to jump on a call and help you get the exclusions working the way you wanted, but we couldn’t connect. Exclusions can be one of the trickier parts (especially with variants), and it’s usually a fast fix once we see your product structure.
