The app is really fun to use with a great interface however we needed support. The response from customer support was super swift and efficient. Paulina was amazing. Super thorough and professional and the quiz works perfectly. Highly recommend this app as their supper is top notch. Thanks Paulina

Just downloaded the app a few days ago. I think it works great, the support is quick. Everything we need is in the app. So I give it 5 stars. :)

This is an amazing App and customer service is outstanding! This app has exceeded my expectations. Shop Quiz: Product Recommender is the perfect Shopify store app if you're looking for a fun and engaging way to help your customers decide/match with one of your products (or collection of products). It will take screen time to learn the tool but they offer templates that you can use and edit in line with your quiz goals and company brand. Saving the best for last, RevenueHunt (the developers of Shop Quiz: Product Recommender) has a stellar customer support team. Their response time is quick and they go out of their way to help achieve your quiz objectives and customizations. I'm on the free plan for now but will look to go to the next tier as our customer base increases. I'm super happy with this app. Can't go wrong!

We have been using this app since we launched our store and it has been working smoothly. Something that really stands out, is the support team. The quiz app is easy to use, and the support team is always there to help. Definitely worth using!. Although I am a free plan user, the team considers me a premium user. Best app for product quiz

This app has the best support team I have ever had to contact in general! The quiz itself required some manual job, (which is an improvement area) but I could shape it as I wanted to with the quick and professional help of the support team. (and within the free plan)

The quiz is super user friendly to setup. I have made 2 different quizzes and all with ease. The support team is extremely prompt as well, when I had one query as I couldn't figure out something, they were most helpful. Would love a future Mailterlite integration!

This app is great and so is the support! I had been wanting to include a quiz on our site for a really long time but they all involved developers or were very costly. Shop Quiz does a great job of balancing everything out so I could create an in depth quiz. I did have questions a few times during the creation of our quiz and support was awesome - super specific, usable answers that were immediately applicable. We just started using it so hopefully our customers like it too :)

Die Bedienung ist sehr simpel und leicht umzusetzen. Als ich ein technisches Problem hatte, wurde nach wenigen Minuten bereits sehr kompetent geholfen. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App.
