Amazing 5 star support!!! (I'm not paid lol) The quiz is an easy quick solution to build dynamic quizzes on products for our store. It has conditional logic ability which you can journey customers to different types of question which I love. Also their chat support system is amazing. Supper patient with whatever questions you may have about integration, issues or concerns. Really love the app so far and will continue to use it for further surveys :)

Great app with tons of features — many of which I didn’t even realize I would need or want until I started using them. The customer service is truly exceptional! The response time is fast, the support is thorough, and they’re always ready to help. Ashutosh has been incredibly helpful at every stage of the building process.

I have had a wonderful experience with Quiz Builder. There was some customization we needed for our customer type on our quiz and VQB's team was easy to work with. They were very responsive and thorough. They also talked through logic and supported me with a lot of training. Overall, I am really happy that we've gone with Visual Quiz Builder. Their tool was also more robust compared to many others I looked at!

Great app with great customer support. I have had bug with the customers created via the app and they fixed the bug and even translated some things which I needed for my quiz in order to be fully compatible with my language. Thanks so much! :)

The reviews are so true. Excellent support team, goes the extra mile. Responsive on email, and super willing to jump on a call! Went in with 1 query but improved my site by x10 times by tweaking and fixing other issues. 100% recommend if you're looking to elevate your purchase funnel with VQB Thank you team!

Fantastic App & Exceptional Support Visual Quiz Builder is incredibly effective, especially when handling a large number of products. Although I encountered some significant issues, the support team was exceptionally responsive, solving the problems quickly and proactively. Their outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. I highly recommend this app—not just for its functionality, but also for the top-notch support behind it.

Working with the VQB team is unlike any other app developer. They are always willing to hop on a call and support, especially when we have custom requests or designs that go outside of their standard templates. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

Their customer service team is incredibly responsive and patient, and their developers are super detailed. I had 1000 questions, and they've answered every single one with care and clarity. Overall, they’ve been so helpful and made the process a breeze. Highly recommend!

We started using this app over 3 months ago, and it has everything you'd expect with a lot of useful features. The support team has been incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and resolve issues. They have consistently gone above and beyond addressing our requests and questions. What has really impressed me is their willingness to code features for us that might not even benefit other customers, which I believe shows a genuine commitment to customer service. I'm glad the developers haven't left this app as just another cash cow, like many other apps on here. Instead, they are constantly adding new features, listening to customer feedback, and addressing their users' needs. It’s clear they’re committed to continually improving the app and delivering an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

This is such an amazing app. I had some trouble customizing my quiz at first, but when I reached out to the customer service team to help, they were very quick to respond and fixed all the issues I had very quickly. If you need a quiz on your store this is the app for you! Also, you can't beat getting a 30 day free trial :)

I haven't used VQB: Quiz long but I do enjoy the customer service experience greatly. They are very responsive and helpful when you just can't figure it out or have questions regarding functionality and capacity. My rep even made suggestions that really made me happy with the appearance and format of my quiz. Thanks VQB. I appreciate your timeliness and attention to me as a customer. Keep up the good work.
