Great tool that is intuitive and integrates so easily with our Shopify Store. I think their new integrations are very exciting so we can have our 1st party data feeding directly into our marketing campaigns and personalizing the customer experience.

Setting up quizzes for the first time has a bit of a learning curve, which is why we have detailed instructions and video tutorials as well as a diligent and eager team to help. We could not be more bummed that you didn’t give us an opportunity to help you before leaving this review. The app works great for thousands of merchants and we are here to help you.

Visual Quiz Builder is great app, which allows us provide complex quiz experience on the website. VQB Team is extremelly helpful and responsible from setting up initial data to fixing small issues and even creating new features. Recommend to everyone!

Quick, smart and reliable support. Even with the 30-day trial, the support team were extremely helpful in finding the 'why' to a non-functioning pop-up and found that another app's errors were preventing function. Sorted quickly and my first simple 'quiz' (shade finder) is up and running. Really pleased.

If I could give 6 stars I would, the app is fantastic and works great but what sets them apart is their service which is by FAR the best I've ever got in my 3 years on Shopify.

Good app. hard to understand for basic users. Live chat would have helpful then that multi step form.its annoying.Overall thanks

This app was super easy to use and the customer service was great! No matter my question, the app team was able to help me find the answer! There's a lot you can do with this app even on lower pricing plans, and I feel like the quiz I was able to create is going to help so much with our user experience. Highly recommend!

I'm writing this review after almost 2 years of using VQB. Great app with a dedicated team behind that constantly seems to update and develop the app adding functionality. Big shout out to the support team who are prompt, friendly and always there to assist, no matter what.

Highly recommend VBQ if you are looking for a coherent and well-designed quiz! The team are attentive and very thorough. Mahesh (one of the founders I believe) was happy to assist directly on calls, and worked to our timings and timezone, with us being in the UK, and his team in the US. The platform is easy to use and our quiz was well-configured and designed. Thank you so much!

Tech support has been wonderful. We just upgraded our theme and many of our apps are not working suddenly. The customer service is quick and they also resolved our queries quickly and efficiently

Super robust quiz builder! Challenging at first, but after looking through the documentation and tutorials, I was able to build an engaging ebike profile questionnaire for my customers by recommending pages within my shop instead of products or collections.
