I've worked with my fair share of coders/developers and Raj and his team are hands down the best I've worked with. They are very responsive, fast, patient with my lack of coding knowledge, and always extremely friendly! If you're considering using a quiz app, I would HIGHLY recommend this app!

We've been using the Visual Quiz Builder for a few months now. We really like it. We're using it to make product recommendations to website visitors and to gather data to segment customers. It integrates really well with Klaviyo so we can get very granular with our segmentation based on each question answered. A key feature here was date-based data we could collect so we can send date-based flows in Klaviyo. Most other quiz apps I looked at did not have this feature. On top of that, the support has been excellent! Very responsive and helpful with some custom development in some areas (you probably have to be on the top-tier plan for this, which we are, but maybe not). Highly recommend!

This is a great quiz app. It is easy to set up, and loads quickly. I love that you can add slides with Gifs in between questions-- a unique function. The support is awesome! I had a need that was specific to my site, and Raj worked tirelessly to make it happen. He was very responsive, and did not stop until it was right. I am pleased! Update- Even though the company is under new management, the customer service has still been great. I had a special request and they promptly worked with me to make sure it was done to my specifications!

We used this app to create a survey on our site to create a customized product for our customers. Not only did this integrate easily with our website, but the support staff has gone over the top to ensure that all of our needs have been met. We love this app and receive compliments all the time from our customers.

The best app right now for the easy creation of an effective e-commerce store quiz. The layout is very clean, unlike other solutions out there (which tend to have a more dated look and feel). The integration is simple and straight forward, and the customer support is excellent. They're very hands on and have helped us enormously with the Klaviyo integration too!

Outstanding service and technology from AskWhai. I uploaded the app yesterday night late. Because it was so late I was sure no one at customer service will answer me, so I started to "play" with the app on my own and it was very intuitive. I did my quiz very quickly and then the day after I asked about a "customization" and Alex helped me with my question and few hours later, Raj even found for me a work around that was "genius" ..... easy to do and provide exactly what I want .....the perfect solution. So so far so good, I love this app.

I used this app to help recommend products to new customers and I couldn't get it working the way I wanted at first. I contacted the support and was helped by Raj Karmani and I can definitely say, hands down, the best and fastest response I've ever had when needing help with software. A very interesting app for the customers of your online store, and if you have any problem in its installation the support (especially Raj) is quite fast to answer.
