PRP has been a game changer for my dress hire business! We recently moved from BookThatApp to PRP because of its tailored rental features, and it has made managing our bookings so much easier. The buffer system is a standout - it automatically builds in time between bookings for cleaning, prep, turnaround, or servicing. The recently introduced “search by date” filter has also been a huge win, allowing customers to enter their event or hire date and instantly see availability. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. Evan is always quick to respond and genuinely open to feedback and new ideas. We couldn’t recommend PRP more!

I’d highly recommend Product Rentals Pro to anyone running a rental-based business on Shopify. Support is primarily via email and Evan has been exceptionally responsive, often replying within minutes and always within a day, which has given us a lot of confidence as we grow. After exploring multiple rental apps, this was the only solution that felt robust enough that we didn’t need to build our own from scratch. From intuitive front-end calendar customisation to clear back-end rental management, it covers the full journey at a very fair subscription price. An added bonus is that you can get started on a free plan for your first few rentals before committing, which makes it easy to test if it’s the right fit for your store. We look forward to continuing our growth journey with Product Rental Pro!

We absolutely love Product Rentals Pro! Everything is so easy to use, and it makes processing orders and returns completely seamless. There are so many great features, and the customer support has been fantastic — we’re yet to run into a single issue. Highly recommend!

This app has changed the game completely for my dress rental business. The layout is so easy on my website which makes it very simple for customers to choose their rental dates. The buffer system for before/after rentals is perfect and means you never have to be stressed about what day you're getting your product out. Highly highly recommend

Such a wonderful app! Initially had difficulties getting it to work due to my theme but Evan sorted it very quickly and was able to get it working, this app has everything you need.
