What a great product. After months of using another 'bigger' app, I got fed up and started searching for a better one. This app is not only more intuitive from an owner perspective, but also from the customer facing side. Customers now have a clearer idea when booking their products what to expect - which will cut down on our customer service hours a lot. I've reached out a number of times for support from the developers and they are very quick to respond and very informative. So glad I found this app, just wish i had found it sooner.

Product rentals has been the best addition to my dress hire business, I have been operating for around 7 years and instantly once I started to look through and install the app I knew it was the right fit. It feels more organised and clear on the back end and just works more seamlessly. Things we used to do manually can be made automatic via the app. Definitely recommend!

When we heard about PRP, we moved over within 24 hours and were quickly up and running. The support from Evan has been excellent. Prompt to respond and does so thoroughly. He's been quick to help but also implement changes and additions to the app to support our company. The app works brilliantly and does exactly what we need. I have been in the dress rental industry for 6 years and the Product Rentals Pro App has been by far the best software I have come across yet. It is super easy to use and set up on your website. The features they provide have been very well thought out and very relevant to dress rentals. The features that we love the most are: - The automatic reminder emails/texts you can send your customers. - The different pick up/delivery options for customers to select before seeing if a dress is available on the calendar. - Competitive pricing options. - Being able to customise the look of the widget on our website so that all fonts/colours are the same. The customer service is also excellent with response times to any queries super quick and very helpful step-by-step instructions on dealing with any integration issues. Product Rentals Pro has been a game changer for my dress hire business. I have been using other platforms for the last 6 years and this app has been everything I have wanted in a Dress Hire booking system. Everything just makes sense. The team are great and supportive. This app has every single feature a dress hire business requires. Being able to seperate postal and pick up orders to maximise bookings and revenue is incredible. The system in place to track returns, send customer notifications has allowed me to streamline processes in my business quicker and more efficiently. I have had a lot less headaches in the last few weeks I have been using this app and truly believe this is a revolutionary booking system for rental businesses. I am so glad I made the change to PRP.

This app is such a game changer for the dress rental industry, the seamless design is so easy for both customers and business owners. The app has integrated features including different buffers for postal/pick up orders, public holidays etc, which are not available on similar apps. This app makes it so much easier for me to manage my weekly rentals with the checklist feature - and the dedicated section for postal return tracking numbers is incredible. This app has been instrumental in helping create efficiencies, streamline processes and grow my online rental business. It was extremely easy to set up, is able to send automated reminders to renters, provides clear visibility of upcoming orders and allows myself to set up more accurate dates lag times for hires dependent on whether they are postal or pick ups. I've been told theres even more features to come.
