Great app! Our team is able to approve reviews before they go live on our site. This also creates an opportunity for our team to reach out to negative reviews privately 1-on-1 instead of openly which can sometimes attract the attention of trolls.

We were using Yotpo for this service, paying them a fortune, what were we thinking?!!?!? This app is super easy to use, I prefer it over Yotpo.

excellent free app. the support made a custom change to make it exactly like it wanted it. highly recommend compared to the paid apps.

Tried reaching support many times about several bugs and issues with the reviews app, have not gotten a reply or any help and it is non-functioning on my site since yesterday.
I’m so sorry. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. Your review is very concerning to us. Really good app. Sadly you can only upload one picture. And you don't have an option that only costumers who bought something can leave a review.

I use this app to move all my reviews from Facebook to my website. I am also looking forward to capturing more reviews on my products. Thank you for all your help setting it up for me.

HulkCode was awesome. They were very responsive and helpful. They even went into the code and updated it with the reviews for me so I didn't have to touch the code myself. They matched it to our site and it looks great. Highly recommend! Thanks!

I really didn't like this app. I asked twice for help with an issue (unable to upload images) and it wasn't resolved. I will be removing it from my shop today.

I needed support on installing this app but the customer service was more than satisfactory and responded fast. Looks very nice next to my products, most certainly recommend HulkApps

Until I get reviews, I won't truly know how well it works ( new website), but I am happy with the service. I was unable to change coding in my theme, but hulkapps simply and literally did it while I slept. Woke up next morning, done!

I followed the steps for installing the app and it did not work. I sent an email to customer support and they contacted me immediately and installed the app for me. It looks amazing on my website! Thank you!

App works flawless, installation guides for template codes are very clear. Really happy with this app! Only thing that does not work, is the email notifications when someone writes a new review. Thanks Hulk apps!--- Oh, and another cool option would be, if someone is able to write a review from the general review page. So without entering a product first. So they can write a general shop review which is not related to one product.
