It’s was ok. However I did find a different review app that I am using. But for some reason when I uninstalled your review app a portion of your review is still on my site. I need help with getting it completely removed.

Leuk als je wilt beginnen. Helaas werkt het niet lekker met 2.0 thema's. Vertaling wordt niet weergegeven zoals ik het in de settings in voer. FIX THIS CODE! Het zou niet zo moeilijk moeten zijn om dit werkend te maken. We betalen een hoop maandelijkse kosten en dan mag je verwachten dat zeker de app's van Shopify zelf goed werken.

This application has been used twice, and it is unable to import comments properly. Clicking "import reviews" does not yield any response, while clicking "Export" opens the settings page.

Why is there 2 other apps that integrate with the shop app reviews however shopify's own review app does not?

It's not compatible with all Shopify themes. It worked great for my first theme which I got from a third party website but my new theme is through Shopify and the reviews don't show up at all

Het is mij niet helemaal duidelijk hoe ik via deze app mijn klanten kan vragen om een review? Kan ik ze vanuit deze app een mail sturen om een review te schrijven? Hoor het graag.

Most Imortant Features Are Missing. 1. Does not allow customers to add photos or videos. 2. Request Review Button For Delivered Orders. 3. No Option to send post-purchase emails to improve the ovarall product rating. No one visit the product page again to Write the product rating. Please team add 2 & 3 points as soon as possible.

Ive tried uploading a csv with reviews and it says that it is invalid. otherwise the app looks easy to use. but that one feature of bulk review import via csv is making it un-usable for me. is there technical support i can refer to?

It's a good app but need to be integrated with Shopify Mail and Shopify marketing/automation to be able to requests reviews based on client purchase. This shouldn't be hard to do. We would even pay for this feature. It's good to have more apps integrated under the Shopify Brand and working seamless.

Great app. But would be better if it was possible to send customers emails automatons to review products via this app.

Its nice, but there its limited to 1500 characters. It would be great to have the option to set the limit by myself.

Sometimes the reviews are appearing and on other products they don't even though the star review registers the new review. I think it might be a bit bugged
