no image reviews, this is insane for a ecom platform in 2020, if you want image reviews you need to pay $15 a month for another app, half the cost of the actual shopify. Insane.

Installation is too time consuming. Not going to search through a sea of red, green and black text scattered all over the place just to insert a line in the correct place.

Loading comment data is very slow, I do n’t know what the problem is, after searching Google, many people have encountered such problems and hope to improve.

Added it to my website, but unfortunately it breaks the Narrative theme. The layout is broken due to the misplacement of the review module on the product page. In addition, the grid liquid file they mention in the instructions is not there to add rating snippet to collection tiles.

Hello, I used this app since a few days and everything worked great. Today I wanted to publish a few reviews, but the website says "404 Site not found" when I click on the app. That's very sad, because reviews are very important for me. If someone of the App introducers could help me I would be very grateful and would update my review :)

Doesn't work properly and seems to be no support if you have a problem. I have contacted them three times and haven't heard back yet.

App quit working past couple of days. Have had other problems in the past with ratings not showing on page. I get moused trapped on a 404 page not found when going into the app.

You need to be aware that this app causing big problems on google and creates an error so your product will be removed from Google SEO..no help from shopify support team

Awful support. Getting lots of errors in my Google console and this is affecting my Google ranking. They said they would fix it and have not. Avoid

This app is not displaying properly on mobile. No stars or box being displayed. Very poor. Almost all users use mobile, so this is a joke

I can't import my reviews with the CSV file they provided on two of my stores. Spent WAY too much time trying to figure it out. Not impressed. Uninstalled. Figure out your .csv file upload instructions, please! Brutal.

To be honest, the APP is so terrible. I have to "Import reviews by CSV file" and a series of complicated operations, instead of importing reviews by URL.

The app was great until I outgrew it and uninstalled it - it has left code behind and despite raising this with the Shopify help team, and following it up, I still haven't received any support to remove the residual code over 1 month after raising the issue. If this was a third party app, Shopify's attitude would be very different. I'm very disappointed with the lack of support.
