Its a great app, but i dont know why its not working anymore on mobile. On Pc the customer can see and write reviews, but on mobile the write a feedback button doesn't work anymore. I've tested it on Iphone5s. Maybe someone here with the same problem or a solution?

Good basic app. Wished there was a built in email function to ask the customer for a review after purchase. But it's free :)

So it turns out this app is a little more basic than I had expected. I uninstalled the app but it is still hanging around in my product pages. I don't know how to get rid of it. I suppose I'll be contacting support.

Very easy to setup, perfect for beginners but I am not the biggest fan of the layout on the site itself. It feels a little basic and clumpy. It would be nice to be able to change the Star rating to a digital rating so that I can tell google about the rich snippets on the site, but other than that, it's free and Google Webmaster tools has also picked up the Review Aggregate data from most of my products.

We used this app for a bit but ended up switching to a more robust system with a couple more features. This is great for what it is!

Emigrated from etsy to shopify and wanted to import the reviews I had been collecting for years. It does not work particularly well and took me days to finally import my reviews. Thanks to the friendly support <3

It works great. All reviews are important to us - and this app helps us with this. Only 4* since we cant manipulate the html. I would like this. Note that this app doesnt require login in any way, it might not be as trustworthy as a social review app. But again, great app.

Looks good. To have 5 stars the following is missing: - Automatic email to customer who bought the item to invite him to with a link to leave a review - A config setting to define how many reviews can show up in each page. The default is 5 or 6 reviews which take a lot of space from the product page. If we could define two or 3 reviews per page that would be awesome. Nonetheless one must not forget we are dealing with a FREE app, so GREAT STUFF!! :D

The app certainly works but real value would be added if an auto-emailer to send email to customer asking them to review were added, but if not, at least a Shopify Notification email template added that we could set up to do this manually. MOST REVIEWS SEEM TO BE ASKING FOR THIS SHOPIFY!

Super easy to set up and use, great customer feed back as a result. Google PageSpeed Insights does suggest applying gzip though.

Easy to integrate and manage on individual product pages. Lots of potential customization in look and feel. Responsiveness of app could improve to increase efficiency.

It's been a few more months and we're getting some reviews. Thanks for the simple and useful app! It would be great to be able to either sort or create a collection of "most reviewed" or "highest ranking".
