Destroyed the formatting on my product pages when someone reviewed a product. I uninstalled but couldn't get rid of the product reviews already created, so had to delete the products and recreate them again. Another mess of an app that does more harm than good - 0 stars if possible

Super unhappy with that app and the customer service. We're using this app since two years - everything was fine, until we changed our theme this january. Since then our customers aren't able to leave reviews - we are loosing trust in our products. Reached out to the customer service and William answered 2 times. We are now waiting for their help and answer since 09. of July.

Duplicates reviews on website. For this reason I have deleted it and uninstallled it. I will look for a better APP.

This app has no way of auto sending an e-mail to customers X number of days after a purchase inviting them to write a review. This is the number way of getting customers to review your products. Without this, an app is a complete failure. It is 2019.... and this should be feature number ONE of any review app.

I installed this app and it never worked on phones, which is what most of my customers use. Furthermore, the installed code apparently disabled my mobile features because you can no longer click on our product photos, add our products to your cart, or click on anything. It has been a week and my website is still not working, as the support team has not fixed it and we are losing sales every day. Apparently you get what you pay for, although at this point we have paid a lot in lost sales...

People cant write a review. It says too many requests have been made. I called and chatted with Shopify for 3 weeks, they cant figure it out. Terrible service.

I've sent a question : about microdata and JSON mixed. Micro datas (AggregateRating) are not taken into account by Google (fail the test of Google structured data testing tool). It would be better to implement Product Reviews in the same format as the rest of the structured datas: JSON-LD. Moreover it's for the same developper. I've had no answer... even in my spam folder.

absolutely horrendous. it's rocket science to put into your theme code if you're unfamiliar with coding. it's even worse trying to Import a simple CSV file with UTF-8 coding even from Numbers App on Mac. plus there isnt a single page that can give adequate support. the exported reviews file isnt even recognized when attempting to reimport the exact same file.

Really didn't work well. Unusable in Safari, constant hanging when trying to fetch reports or view individual reviews. Disappointed by the product. Went to Stamped.io instead.

This app fundamentally fails to provide product review schema that can be read by search engines, and used to create enhanced SERP listings. Reviews should not be loaded via javascript - they are not being picked up by search engines. Anybody can verify this by going to Google Search Console and looking at the "enhancements" section, or plugging it into Google's Structured Data testing tool. These are basic, key components to every e-commerce store and there's no excuse for the poorly-though out way this was implemented. Shopify is actively hurting their customers, and thereby their own revenues by not fixing these ecom-101 issues. It also shouldn't be overriding the theme's font sizing with its own uncustomizable stylesheet. Updated - Issues: 1) default font size is 13px - this is too small for mobile devices 2) review title - this is unnecessary, and not a part of the review schema: https://schema.org/Review 3) .spr-review-header applies opacity: 0.5; - this fails accessibility standards 4) reviews are loaded via javascript, when they should be embedded directly into the page content - this causes them not to be picked up by Google schema (noted above) 5) limited configuration options, as well as zero access to actual code - this should be a basic, fully customizable liquid snippet 6) flag as inappropriate feature - completely unnecessary for reviews that are manually vetted by shop owner 7) Uses OUTDATED embedded schema for aggregate rating, which has been replaced by JSON-LD. Overall, the actual review CONTENT (what the reader wants) is given a backseat to a bunch of garbage review meta information, which dominates the majority of the display. The entire review app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up by someone who knows what they're doing.

Be aware, if you import reviews using a CSV it can duplicate the reviews. If you got any error while uploading the CSV, it upload all row with no error, if you fix the rows with errors and upload the same file all reviews will be duplicate it. They do not have a way to delete them in bulk, you will need to delete 20 at a time.

Leaves bits of code within your website when you uninstall - Had to hire shopify help to get it removed as this isn't my area of expertise. Doesn't work with mobile device - reviews simply don't submit. Was informed this by a very sweet client, makes me wonder how many reviews I've lost in the last 6 months? No way of verifying whether the reviewers are legit or not either. Wouldn't recommend, better paying the 5 euro for a review system that actually works.

Suddenly all my reviews are gone and I have to import them all over again. It's a shame that this is the only free review app where you can import your reviews from other sources (i.e. Etsy).

Does not work on Boundless theme, even though I copy & pasted the codes properly and the app confirmed it was installed successfully. I do not see a change in my theme.

Had trouble with figuring out how to do what we wanted to using this app. Contacted Support who actually gave me the wrong information/instructions. They told us that the functionality we wanted - we could not do. Then had to paid someone else to go in and update the functionality we wanted. Turns out the app did do what we wanted, just needed to be set up in a different way. Too much back and forth and I asked for a phone call multiple times, which they declined. Could have made the entire thing easier rather than frustrating, like it was.
