I imported csv template, I used date format month/day/year.But, date > 12, it's incorrect and import error. why?

Lately all the star rankings are no longer showing for any of my products at the google search and Shopify can't help with this !!!!!!

after i unistalled it it missed up my code the reviews are still in my product page i went to edite the code but its impossible to delete it

After adding this app, it didn't even open... just showed that it was loading and never loaded... So, obviously I would give this zero stars if I could. It's unfortunate though!

Edit my original review down to 1 star u til they fix this app so it works on mobile devices, 2 years later and still won’t work on mobile, can’t reply or publish reviews unless it’s from a desktop machine, crazy in 2021!! Get ready to code. If you're not good at finding 2 words buried in 500 lines of code then forget about this app! Spent more than 30 minutes scanning a page of code TWICE only to NEVER find the spot where I was supposed to insert their given code.

Widgets are junk. The 2 I need are impossible to install. Emailed 3 ties, one response and then they ignore you. This app has completely changed my opinion of Shopify apps. Avoid them unless you know how to code it yourself. I've worked with several apps and their support and have never left a negative review. This app falls short... after playing with it for a week I'm moving on.

Very poor. The app doesn't work it doesn't 'fold up' just goes down the page in a long list and Shopify have washed their hands of it and will not fix it but the app is DEVELOPED BY SHOPIFY so basically they will do nothing. Waste of my time. Yes I did try contacting support before posting this review and they said go back to the developer - strange as SHOPIFY is the developer. What a joke.

Horrible! As soon as I got the app my website was labeled by Facebook and Instagram as unsafe for containing abusive and malicious content. Took 2 weeks to sort out and this wasted a lot of money.
