Be careful about this app. This will ruin your site completely. Never import reviews as the spam folder gets the site broken. I had aced so many issues after importing reviews and the developers are unable to help. This is bit shame.. This is a disgrace app from shopify.

Two days before the biggest shopping day of the year and the app just completely stopped working. When it does work I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. Very basic and limited options. --- The app started working again, but has randomly deleted a bunch of reviews! Ridiculous.

The review import simply does not work - the CSV can't be read - even if you attempt to re-upload the template they give you!

After 2 days and 7+ Shopify help chats, couldn't install app so don't know if it would work or not.

Impossible to upload reviews that I've received in the past in CSV. Worked on it for hours. Kaite from www.lashedled.com

Nonsence. Anyone can leave a review, I mean someone who never saw your products, too. Like angry people, spamers, competitors etc. Can not understand the logics.

The Month/Day/Year is ALL messed up. Makes no sense the way that you laid the template out. I've even tried different ways of importing and I can not get the dates correct. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does NOT install automatically, naturally. I followed the directions in the app, even watched a video tutorial first, and now my theme is messed up.

I just lost a hundred reviews in the blink of an eye. Reviews are CRUCIAL in my product market. Just as my start up was gaining my momentum, Shopify pulled the rug out from under me.

Why did I lose all my reviews overnight?! Thousands of reviews are suddenly gone with your update. This destroyed all credibility I built over three years.

I don't know what's happened, but all of my reviews on both the app and my website have completely disappeared!

All of my reviews. Gone. Not sure why, but the app disabled itself so I've lost everything. Why bother using this again just to have them all delete themselves again late on down the line?
