At first I wasn't thrilled because of where "Write Review" was located on the Product Page. Customers kept asking me where they could write a review because it was buried at the very bottom. I contacted the Help desk and it was actually changed from the very bottom of the page to the top. Super Happy with that! Product Reviews are too important and should be made EASY for customers to write.

I'm new to this but found the youTube training videos exceptional in explaining "how to." JT in customer service is so awesome and responsive in getting my questions answered. I also like the emails CustomCat sends out with very helpful links. The app is very user friendly and integrating products up into my shop was a breeze. Highly recommend.

good app when it was working, but it seems to have stopped? it loads in the app manager, but you cant seem to click anything. I am not aware of a limited trial period if there is one.

I'm just using the Product Reviews app for trial purposes, however, the app itself is fairly simple to use and easy to understand. 5 gold stars.

This app was really easy to setup and looks great with my theme. For those wondering, if you click on the 'settings' button at the top right corner of the app's page and scroll down to 'Star icon color', you will be able to change the color to your theme color or a custom color. The app also gives you the ability to reply to reviews, which is a standard feature, but for a free app, this function is a plus. The only suggestion I have is to allow customers to upload pictures of their purchase to include with their review and to add CAPTCHA to the review listing to prevent spam entries.

Nice app, easy to use and fairly customisable. And it's free ! For future iterations i would recommend other graphic templates to adapt to each store and maybe automatic email retargetting for customers.

Simple but very powerful. Very easy to implement. A must have app for every e-shop. Customers can easily submit a review!

Works well. Easy to set up and blends nicely with the design of my theme. The only glitch is that I can not access the app in Safari...
