I appreciate the ease of use of this app! My customers review their product, and then I receive an email alert before the review is posted. I also like that I can respond to the reviewer and thank them, which appears on my website under their review. It gives my website a human touch! I definitely recommend this app!!!

This is one of the best apps from Shopify. It works as described and shows star rating on Google which makes the store URL more appealing. I would suggest shopify to add photo/video capabilities to it.
