Very easy app to use. My customers automatically get an opportunity to write a review sometime after purchasing. Whats great is a get a chance to review it before posting. This has been helpful for one or two negative reviews because it allows me to contact them and see if I can work through any issues they had. When normally you wouldn't.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. I can't believe this app is free! It's literally a lifesaver. I love that I can approve or deny reviews.
