how do i add this app to my online store? i have the app but what happens next? there is no option on my store to allow customers to leave a review. I have followed your instructions but i still dont get a review options.

The application does not work and there is no explanation about how to work there is a video about it on youtube but it has nothing to do with the rulum only waste of time

how to access product review app into cart page. i tried but not show in the cart page it is accessible only for product overview page and product details page.

The application is meant to be able to help you put your reviews on your product pages, and review score badges on your product and collection pages, so it wouldn't be able to be used to put reviews on your cart page natively. You could reach out to our Live Team (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) to see if you can use some of your free Design Time to have this customization built, or you can consult with a third party developer, like a Shopify Expert (https://bit.ly/3HkZ0R4), to have this customization built for you. Being able to place your reviews on additional pages would be a nice feature to have, so I'm going to pass your review here to our Product Team so they can consider adding that functionality in a future update. I tried this app, it did not meet my requirement, I uninstalled it last week and it will still show on my shop, it is almost impossible to get rid of it!!

Importing Product Reviews didn´t work. Customers couldn´t review products eighter. We try a different one now

My reviews are no longer showing on my site. We all know reviews are needed to increase sales. Please fix this problem. Or simply recommend a better review app.

not working! I try many times and dont understand, please fix the problem, this is not normal, cannot work

I can certainly see why offering customers the opportunity to add images to their reviews would be beneficial and I will be sure to pass this feedback onto our development team. does not give directions on how customers can leave a review. I have to go to youtube to try and figure out what to do and still not getting the right answers

I cant get it to work from the instructions supplied .\ It is not clear how to get the product review form into the website only the star rating

Bewertungen werden nicht in meinem Shop angezeigt und die Einstellung auf Deutsch ist auch grauenhaft, alles muss man selber eintippen und dann funktioniert nicht einmal. Da sollte und könnte vieeeel einfacher gehen.

This app will not link up to my store. I follow the directions and it shows it finds nothing. There has to be a better way to get reviews for no or low cost.

How can I reach you guys? Importing reviews is a complete disaster! I used your own template and still is the file invalid...

One word: GARBAGE. This is quite literally half an app. You need one app to collect reviews and a second to send the 'Request a Review' email. This app does NOT send emails, period! Instead, you must pray that your customer revisits the product detail pages to leave a review. This app is the Persian dude from the movie 300, and he's been rightfully kicked down the well for insulting my queen.

It would be possible to use Shopify Email to send out emails asking customers to leave reviews on your store. My Product Reviews App stopped working suddenly and I only receive a blank page with no error code when I try to load the app. I have contacted the support team several times but they still have not solved my problem. I am considering erasing and reloading the app, but I have no idea if I lose the previous reviews if I do that. I don't recommend this app cause you don't receive any support afterwards.

Once this is done, I would then suggest uninstalling and re-installing the app to see if this fixes the issue. Horrible app. There isn't much personalization available, and customers are not even allowed to upload photos. I use Judge.me Reviews instead.

Reviews not showing, this does not work. Is configured correctly according to manual, reviews are already published and is not showing nothing apart from rating stars.

Reviews no longer showing - all my review detail are now useless as the app doesn't display them on the product any longer. The "write a review" button also no longer works
