A MUST HAVE APP and here's why: Search engines like Google use snippets from reviews to help your ranking but if you have a new store you will not have any reviews obviously. You can use this app to main stream reviews into your store manually. Here's an idea to help with that. 1st) Using your products UPC code, search on Amazon in a separate window to find real reviews. Copy and paste them into your review box of the same product and use your email address basically giving your products reviews. 3-5 will do per item. It doesn't matter what email is entered. Okay, all the dates will be the same but here's what to do about that and it's easier then you think. 2nd) Go to 'SETTING' for review app and export the review file so you are emailed an excel file. BE SURE TO MAKE A BACK-UP FILE PRIOR TO EDITING in case you make a mistake. 3rd) Go into the excel file and change the dates. After the first 100 are done, highlight the ones you just did then copy and paste them onto the unedited ones (I did it in blocks of 100 at a time) to speed it up and save file when done. 4th) Now, go back into the store app and delete the existing reviews (Don't worry you have the backup file) and import the excel file you just edited. It will put all the reviews back and the dates will match what was edited. I did 1600 reviews and it took me only 7 days, but now my products have reviews and search engines rank me better =)

Good entry level product review app. Found it easy to modify product.liquid to move the reviews to where I want them on the product page. Good starting point for product reviews before I look at something more sophisticated with automated emails and social reviews in the future.

A really good entry level review app, easy to install but if you have a custom theme you may need some basic knowledge to install it. As another reviewer mentions shopify's review companion combines seamlessly with this product. We sent out a few test emails via companion and received 5* reviews straight away.

Delivers as promised. Reviews seamlessly integrate with your theme. Interface is easy and the bulk importing of reviews is fantastic as well. Seeing those 5 stars illustrating a Google search engine result always brightens up your day.

Absolutely brilliant app which works beautifully with my shop front and stars are now popping up all over my google search results. I agree that it is a shame that there is not an integrated email function but I have found that by using Review Companion this shortfall is easily rectified.

This free app helped us modify the template for printable receipts, we could save paper and print onto smaller receipts that fit in our envelopes. It is a must have for us, and it was very easy to install.

Excellent app. A must have for all Shopify stores. It would be great if an automatic email could be sent to clients after purchase to encourage reviews was included, although I really can't fault this app. Works great.

I love the simplicity of this app and the fact that it displays right where we want it on the product pages. We tried several different apps for reviews, but have always come back to this simple, effective one. The only thing missing is the ability to also have a full page of reviews to be placed elsewhere on the site.

This has improved greatly, and is now the best review option for Shopify users. You can easily transfer your reviews over from Yotpo. All it needs is a scheduled email (which is apparently being planned), but until then you can send review requests yourself
