MUST MUST MUST!!! The only thing I would say ... is I customized mine to have it only on the left instead of the whole screen on the bottom. I'm not sure if that's something they can easily code into their app as I had to play around with putting the code in the right spot. The most amazing thing about this app is when you look on google.....you see the product reviews and it makes your website look 10x more professional.

This app is a must! Has proven to be so valuable. Online shoppers value peer reviews immensely. It's incredibly useful to have it on the product page so customers can see what other purchasers think of products and not be directed away from your shop.

I e-mailed a question the day before Thanksgiving in regards to the stars not showing up on the main picture before a customer clicks on a product and to my surprise I got an e-mail on Thanksgiving telling me they were going to work on it and I just checked my site and it is fixed. Thank You guys for fixing this before Black Friday!

A good app with a few minor issues. It can take a while to appear which has caused some confusion with customers when asked to leave a review. If you make a duplicate of a product page (handy for saving time making new listings), it will also duplicate the reviews attached to it, which I'm still to figure out how to remove, if possible. It would be nice to see it create a new blank review area instead.
