As a new Shopify store, we needed something stable and easy to use for reviews. Product reviews has been everything we needed and integrated seamlessly into our template, looking like it was part of the the theme. I am hopeful we will continue to use this app on www.nostara.com as we continue to develop and grow as an ecommerce business.

Great app so far. We've implemented it at djangobrand.com if you want to see how it looks on a product page with reviews already listed. I gave this app 4 stars as it is a bit difficult to change the UI settings. For instance, I'm trying to figure out how to move the star rating to the top of the product page, immediately below the main product info. One other feature that's missing - it would also be great if customers could update product photos with their reviews. DJANGO - djangobrand.com

This is a great app but I'm not ready to use it. After reading a shopify post about new websites, I decided to temporarily remove the app. The post mentioned that having no reviews makes people distrust the business. I will definitely reinstall the app after I do more promotion and have enough customers willing to post reviews.

I would have rated this 5 stars until today. The latest update removed the "publish" and "delete" buttons from the list view. Why on earth would you do that? Why would you add an extra step to the process of publishing a review. Who could that possibly be better for???

We just installed this, and already have a backlog of reviews that I need to go through and approve. I like that it is not auto-publish like some of the other apps out there. Excellent app, and in our industry (teeth whitening products), is essential that we can show their effectiveness with real peoples experience. The easiest implementation without having to code, easy integration and custom review placement. Much love to shopify! Works with google reviews for search engines! Which is a big plus, it’s been much more enhanced from when first released.
