So Important. What is funny is that I left a platform that the star system was hated and dreaded. It's different here, and I think that customers absolutely rely on other opinions of products. I know I do. I think they are less likely to buy something if they can't tell that other people LOVED this product.

Excellent. I tried all of the review apps before settling on this one bc the setup is simple, and it looks very sexy out of the box. Very little customization required. And no silly branding at the bottom like the other review apps! The only reason I would not use this app is because it does not email customers asking them to review the product. However I want to do that myself, so that wasn't an issue for me.

I like it! Took me like 20 minutes to get everything up and running. A little more control over the code would be great...

Looks great. But why is it taking forever to load when a product page is viewed right now? Anyone else experiencing this?

Great app, the the user interface is there any chance you can add a selector to change the number of reviews per page?

I must say we were pretty disappointed by the old version of the app, but since Shopify remade the app (Structured Data, embed interface, new features), we're really happy with it ! No "social network" share or other heavy features, but for those who wants a simple and efficient review app, this one is the one !

The reviews have really helped our products sell, showing above and beyond what our product descriptions tell the customers. Great app...can't beat free either!

So simple, so easy to set up, and exactly what we needed. Only hitch in our setup was that we didn't immediately realize that we should use the code for the badge on our product page (up top, then the full code after product desc). We'd gladly pay for premium features (ex: automatically send emails to customers after x days with a request to review their product and a link back to that product page)... let us know if they're ever added! Thanks for making such a great app! Had signed up for Power Reviews, it was a mess, and we're thrilled we stumbled upon this one (turned a major project into a few-minute task)!!

The Grapevine Reviews app is easy to add and simple to manage. No need to go anywhere else for review functionality for Shopify sites. These work perfectly for what we need. -Eric Wenger, Grain Audio (grainaudio.com)

We have had a very positive experience with this feature. We got help to install it straight away and it works perfect. Now we only need some reviews! Please add the auto email functions so the customers who tick marked that they are interested in marketing would receive an email asking for a review after they did a purchase. That would help us sell even more!

In 10 minutes I was able to install, customize and translate (to spanish) the app. It's working fine. Very happy :)

Great product, great support. I did a substantial customization of the styling to fit my site, and there was a problem with IE9 that John had a fix for me quickly. He has been responsive and very knowledgeable, and overall the experience has been great.

Customer support was fantastic. They were able to quickly assist me with importing our past reviews in an easy CSV upload. The reviews are clean and look great adding an important element to our shopper's trust and overall experience. Don't hesitate on adding this to your shop. ActiveWrap Inc-Shawn

I love these people - I was able to install the app and get it going but it wasn't placed where I wanted it and I couldn't figure out how to do it. So, they just went in and did it for me - awesome! Then my code wasn't matching the code they showed for having the review "stars" show on "Collections". I tried to figure it out and, again, couldn't. So I asked for some help and they went in again and just did it for me again. Which, as someone who knows NOTHING about writing code, I very much appreciated! The reviews are great and I feel like they give great credibility to my products - happy to have them and have them where I want them.
