Great app - helps automate the process of getting reviews on each of your products. We use it at www.togtees.com to request, post, and share reviews that our customers write and it's been very helpful. Luckily, we get all 5-star and 4-star reviews, so it's been extra nice! :) It also helps you manage customer relationships because you get to hear from customers about what they like (or wish you would improve), and it's a great way to collect this direct feedback from them. It's a good app but I agree . There needs to be an option to disable title it's just too much for some customers who want to leave a fast review. I contacted support about this and they didn't address the problem so you have to code It out.

Great product. Easy to set up and customize, looks good on products and collections pages I would be perfect if it was possible to chose which field is required (some customers thinks a Title + a comment is a bit too much). https://www.lecochontruffier.com/

Easy to use app but a little limited in that it doesn't display what area the reviewer is from.

Great app & easy to install. One feature Yotpo Reviews has over this app is that review reminders are automatically sent out to customers 30 days post purchase. However, with a little configuration using email automation software the same outcome can be achieved.

This is not much to talk here. It is a simple tool by the Shopify team themselves. We use it on our store theskimantra.com . Since the product category if macbook decals is relatively new in India , we rely heavily on product reviews for customers to establish trust . This plug in allows for simply the user to put reviews. It would be helpful if there was a way by which only buyers of the product could put reviews. it would help.

Integrates absolutely seamlessly with Shopify's own store templates, and integrates with third-party templates with just a snip and a paste of code. Super easy to use and very intuitive for our customers. With a shop like ours ( https://www.BIYHomebrewSupply.com ) that has over 1600 products, it is helpful for our customers to hear what others have to say before they make their purchases. Very handy--and super cool that it is free and supported by Shopify.

Solid app! My only suggestion is it would be have an option to display the rating for all products in a collection (not only on the product page).
