Nice app, but needs to have images, so customers can upload photo's of their products. Other than that great app.

Absolutely love this app would like an update where people can add picture on their review like on amazon top I think its very important for e commerce

I used this app for growing my reviews and the steps were easy. The process was was very fast. I would requirement for someone else to use the app.

It's great i need for allow write review only for who have purchased this product. can you suggest me what i do?

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to limit reviews to verified customers, however you can always switch to manual publishing so that you can assess each review before it's published: https://bit.ly/2YbetNZ. You could even try to cross reference these to your orders if you wanted to. Another option would be to use an app like EmbedSocial: https://bit.ly/3cc3k7Y. Hope that helps! - Brie, Shopify Support

Great Product! I've read some of the comments and can't believe some of them with this being a free piece of software, keep up the great work guys! Can you help us with an if statement to hide score badges reviews on our product-list.liquid? We are trying to hide product badges that have no current review score. Many Thanks

Update: Shopify support resolved issue with review counter. Everything is ok. It was just about code replacing. Easy. ------------- Same here, my customers use the application with no issue but it does not count the number of reviews that I have. I can have 3-4 reviews for an item but the review count is still zero.

So far so good. Very simple and free app for Reviews. Wondering if there are plans to add a "Comment" option or voting up/down "Is this helpful? Yes/No"

I use this app at my store and have no complaints whatsoever. It is super easy to use and doesn't affect loading speed as the case with most free apps.

Just installed it, translated it to German and made a test review. It was very quick and easy. No problem at all with Ella theme. Perfect so far.

This Is app very good , but I want to use this app on home page as testimonial carousel on Homepage , Is it possible?

Glad to hear you're liking the app. While the app can't send reviews directly to a testimonial section on your home page, you could simply copy-paste the reviews you receive from the app to input into your testimonial section manually. this app is great working fine with my store but just want to confirm does stars rating have the correct schema ?
Hey, there! That's a great question, and the schema shouldn't cause you any issues. It is expected behaviour to receive errors from certain Google tools about missing data when using the app, and our developers are still working on the app's compatibility with Google's structured data requirements. Great product. Easy to approve and decline reviews. We wish that added a video review feature; then this product would be perfect.
