Seamless to install and get running. It does all the basics with amazing ease and simplicity. Being able to sort collections by star-rating would be a nice add. If they added that, I would hack the internet in order to give this app a 6th star.

Great way to get reviews added to your products. I love how easy the setup was.

Simple and works as it should do but it does not send e-mails to as customers to write a review, however this problem has been solved with the use of an add on app called Shopify Add On Product Reviews.

So far very good, i haven't had a review yet, so that needs to be tested, hence the 4 stars only, but once that has been tested, i will come back and edit this review dependant on how good it is!

Does what it's supposed to do, cleanly. It also outputs the rich snippets google can use for showing rating in search hits. Nice. One minor downside is that I have not found a way (yet?) to get the rating data from your theme files. I would be nice to be able to output {{ product.rating_count }} or something like that ...

Its a great app, but i dont know why its not working anymore on mobile. On Pc the customer can see and write reviews, but on mobile the write a feedback button doesn't work anymore. I've tested it on Iphone5s. Maybe someone here with the same problem or a solution?

App worked great for months until today. The app script crashes our website product page in Internet Explorer browsers. We reached out to Shopify who told us IE is a poor browser and the only solution is to unininstall the app. They should put a BIG Tag saying this App is not compatible with Internet Explorer and will render your website useless if installed for Ie users.
