One word= Awesome. John has been great in giving me support while implementing his app in my store. I finally give the options to my customers to rate the products... will be very helpful for new customer in the future! MUST BUY if you want to get your products rated!

Wow! Thank you John for your fast, accurate support. Installation was easy to follow, and when I had a little trouble getting the code to work in the Theme template, John replied to my email and took care of my trouble in less than 2 hours. That's impressive. Many Thanks!!!!

The ability to contact the developer directly, and get feedback from them, instills confidence that help will be ready when I need it. This app is the best choice for blending reviews seamlessly into your store.

Everyone should install this app if you do not already have a commenting section on your website. This app worth every penny and more! On top of that, John have the BEST customer service. I had so many questions for him about customization and he answered everyone of them. He even help me with installation because I'm not code savvy. Like I said..A++

Works perfectly for us, but load time could be improved. And could use some more customization features and direct access to the CSS so that I don't have to overwrite styles. Installation was very simple. Overall highly recommend.

Great app, probably the best on the app store. Great service too: I had a question, and the customer service replied quickly and was very friendly. Definitely the app to go for reviews.

Update to a former review: Grapevine just keeps getting better. Even if a customer posts a negative review, the ability to post a response gives us a chance to show off our customer service. Fantastic app, and the developer was very friendly/helpful when we had questions.

Excellent simple little app. Took me 5 mins to install and get working on our shop. It does exactly what is says on the tin - simple product reviews on your shopify site for an affordable price.

This is a really simple app, however I could not get it to work on my store. I needed to amend the colour theme so it would fit in with my site. Unfortunatley the support from grapevine has been really poor and my last email hasn't even been responded to. As a result i've had to move to ratevoice where the installation, support and customisation has been easy.

I like it. Works well and fairly easy to setup. Only issue is finding a good placement for the code in your template so that it looks like the reviews belong there.

The app is great! Simple 5 stars and a comment box. Why would you pay more for something less user friendly? I had a hiccup while adding it to my shop and grapevine got right back to me immediately.

Simple, seems to work great, no unnecessary social media gimmicks. Could use a few simple features (like the ability to respond to reviews), but I'm hopeful they'll be implemented over time.

@David Next to the install button is a link to the guy's website. Click on that and you'll be able to find a contact link as well as more info about the product.
