One of the best apps I've used that it is straight to the point. Almost 24/7 support via Whatsapp and their team even codes everything custom for you if your theme doesn't support the plugin. Overall this is an application that I would highly recommend if your theme doesn't have a carousel or if you just want to get rid of ugly thumbnails and a neat carousel which will increase your conversion in the end.
