Exactly what we needed to make sure customers are aware some of our items are "pre-order" items and have longer processing times. This app was easy to set up and we could add our own wording to what was shown on the pop-up. The app developer was very fast to respond to a question and even made the buttons that show up on our pop-up in our shop branding colors. Thank you!!

Works great! Makes my "pre-order" process easier without paying for any app! They also have great customer service, replied very quickly and checked the problem and answered with clarity, thank you for a great app! Just another note their customer service is so convenient, they added some code I needed within minutes. Would recommend this app to everyone.

Fairly simple to set up, and it just works. It's been a godsend for making sure customers understand what they are buying, and to alert them when they need another item for full functionality. Sometimes customers are replacing one of the items so they're OK purchasing one and not the other, whereas other people may not realize one won't work without the other. So a big "Thank You" for a great app. There is room for improvement, however. I wish there was a way to preview. I have some country-specific warnings enabled, and I'd love to see how it works. But since my IP address is not in those countries, I don't know how it appears to my customers.

This is such a great, simple and versatile app. Very intuitive and does exactly what it claims. In our case, we sell some products that contain hazardous materials that require specialist shipping. This was such a simple and effective method to warn/advise the customer prior to checking out. Fantastic - we love it. Perfect in fact! Thanks so much.

App has been great! We have custom products or products that require special shipping and this app really helps us prevent customers adding those to the cart without customizing or contacting us for shipment details first - without making descriptions wordy, since it's in a convenient pop-up! Had trouble with pop-ups not showing for a bit and support team solved the issue very quickly. 5 stars!

Does exactly what it says and helps to solve a very specific need for Trek Light Gear's site effortlessly. It means a lot to a small business owner when a simple but effective app like this is offered for free and to top it all off I had an issue with the app recently and got an immediate response and fix from the developer. Great add-on app for notification windows, especially if you do have pre-orders on your site. Had a slight issue getting the add-on the work the first time, but a quick email to Elastic Soft was all it took to get taken care of. Great service and an extremely fast response time! Thank you for offering this add-on to us!
