So far so good, we'll use it to display warning messages for shipping delays during the holiday season.
We are constantly have issues with this app displaying a Prop65 warning for California residents. Most of the time it works, but then all of a sudden it does not work. It is supposed to provide warning if IP address or Shipping Addr is CA. Rating 2 stars because it did NOT trigger when a Prop65 bounty hunter ordered 2 weeks ago. This is a pretty big issue that could cost us six figures in legal fees and settlement. Support is responsive, but we've been back and forth with support for 1+ years already and the performance is still inconsistent.
Thanks for your feedback first of all. Let me describe how it works with your current setup as I can see some misunderstanding here. The warning should be shown on product or cart page based on physical customer location OR based on the shipping address on the checkout page. You have the warning targeted to California. We've just double checked and see that it works properly in both cases. Please note however that the attributes and line item properties won't be shown on the order details page if they were added from Shopify checkout. That's because Shopify doesn't accept cart changes from the checkout page. I described this point to your team member in our previous thread. The reason why the warning was not shown for the customer on earlier stages (e.g. on Add to cart) - his location is outside of California. In short, the warning was shown on the checkout page for the customer. The attributes are not shown on the order details page (see the reason above). Please find more details and screenshots in the email thread.
Great app to manage warnings on some products. I use it for product delays and clients understand it perfectly.
We are using this app for informing our customers about products that are sold out momentarily - to give them relevant information and thus making them stay in the shop - not losing the sale. We can really recommend this app :)

We are starting to use this app to remind customers of certain delivery instructions. We really like how easy it is to implement and for our customers to visualize. We are still trying it out, so far so good. We'll see how it goes-.

Works great! You just need to determine the correct tags/class for your buttons to get it to function anywhere you like! Was able to get it working in unison with other apps that add additional 'add to cart' options as well.
Thank you for the feedback first of all. The app actually is able to work with the "Buy now" buttons as well. In your case that was a button built by another app, but we've adjusted the app settings in order to cover this button as well. Now it should work! :)
Perfect way to present disclaimers for certain products. Very easy to use. I only need one warning for now, but will most likely upgrade soon so I can do additional warnings.
Wow! What an easy to use, quick to set up, and effective APP. I practically skipped the generous free plan so I may start using even the premium features. Great help even over weekends. The warning signs can be customized as well to your liking via css. Pretty good so far!
This app has really helped us communicate policies to our customers in a way that can't be overlooked, and their team has been very helpful in adding a customization that let us display multiple pop-ups consecutively.
I was looking to add a note to checkout for the customers. Shopify will not let you do anything the checkout. So i used this app to get a pop up with my message. Worked out pretty good and support was fast and efficient!!! Recommended
I used this application to warn customers about a particularity of the product or for an additional delivery time. Very helpful
This app saves my customers from confusion as they add fabric to their cart in ½ metre increments. Because I sell fabric by the ½ metre and Shopify doesn't allow for incremental sales it means when my customers add 1 to cart a pop up lets them know that 1 is equivalent to a half metre - It saves both the customer and me from amending sales because this wasn't clear and also saved me thousands of dollars to have my shop programmed to sell in increments. It is fantastic and works without a hitch - every order.
Installed yesterday and was having a few issues getting the app to work right. Customer support was extremely quick to respond and fixed the problem within a few hours. Highly recommend this app. It's exactly what we needed!
