This is literally THE BEST customer support on the market. I had issue with DNS verification for review reminder to customers after purchase and they access to my store by collaboration code and resolved issue personally from their side. I am amazed because nobody is assisting on that level usually you only get instructions what to do but they resolved issue by themselves. I highly recommend this app.

We just started with our online shop, but customer support at ReviewXpo is next level. We had some issues regarding the presentation of reviews on our product pages and the guys offered help and solved it quickly. They were very professional and correct. We will test the app in the future, as we haven't used it yet for a long time, but we can assure you, that you will be satisfied with the app and customer support.

ReviewXpo is an excellent review app. The style of the widgets is elegant and refined. It adapts well to Shopify themes, although some widgets need to be loaded using code, so it can be a little more complicated although there are guides available. The fact that it can be used directly from PageFly is excellent, even if with limited functionality. Overall it has nothing to envy of much more famous applications. Your customers will be able to fill in their reviews directly in the request email. This feature is excellent and quite unique. The support is very fast and competent. We thank Sabbir who helped us solve some technical problems with great professionalism.

Context: Installed the ReviewXpo app to replace the deprecated Product Reviews app which was being shut down. The installation was easy and the review widgets appeared on the product pages as expected. However, the CSV import kept failing, even after repeated attempts, including a test import with just three records. This left us without our reviews on the site which is one of our big drivers for conversion rates. Contacted support and got a prompt response. They looked into the issue with me supplying the CSV import file but failed to see what was wrong. So they asked for access to our site (via the Shopify access request mechanism). Once granted, they were able to get the data imported (after a couple of attempts). The reason for the failure is still unknown. The good thing is that they worked hard to get it resolved in a reasonable time frame. My reviews were out of action for about 6 hours but once loaded they presented nicely (better than the previous app) and the clickable link at the top makes it easy for people to see and get to the reviews which is important. The reason I have given 4 stars is that the end result is good and they were right onto it with fixing the import problem (which is a one off for us of course as people will enter new reviews directly). The ability to get support promptly is a big plus IMHO. Support is one of those things you hardly ever need but when you need it, you need it quickly with good communication channels, which is what I got. Have not experimented with the other features as of yet so rating is based on initial experience.

Just downloaded the app, and there was an issue with importing the photos to my reviews. Sincerely grateful that Fahim was super helpful and generous with his time to help providing solutions to the issue. And now, it is solved! Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much!!! :)
