I recently had the opportunity to experience the customer support for the visitor counter widget on our website. While the standard settings of the widget did not initially meet my specific need to have it hover over an image, the default placement options were limited to either above or below the add to cart button. However, I reached out to the support team and explained the situation. I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to tailor a solution to fit our requirements. They performed a bespoke edit, which allowed the widget to function exactly as I envisioned—hovering neatly over the product image, enhancing the user experience and seamlessly integrating with our site design. Their ability to adapt the widget beyond the out-of-the-box capabilities is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction and their expertise in offering flexible solutions.

Its a free app. The support is INCREDIBLE. Its just a simple app with great functionality without all the complications of other apps. Its not overengineered. Just basically DOES THE JOB. Deserves EVERY star.

I loved this app. But when I upgraded, it stopped working. If they fixed it, I would reinstall it right now.
