Good service and prompt replies on the live chat support. I talked to Arya from support and she was very helpful and quickly escalated my issue with the tech team.

I noticed that the app stopped showing statistics on the web, and I found out that the app had been modified and no longer allows me to log in to verify the information. I hope it gets fixed, otherwise I will have to cancel its use.

While the standard settings of the widget did not initially meet my specific need to have it hover over an image, the default placement options were limited to either above or below the add to cart button.
