Yes the app just went defunct for me too. Ugh now where do I go as have to start all over?

doesn't work - this quit working weeks ago and the company doesn't respond to any notifications or email... nothing. worked great for many years. now...it is worthless

The support reached out to me and helped with my issue. I will give 5 stars to this app because it's very well made and helps me with my business. But the support could be a little bit better and faster. I will still give 5 stars because it's a very well developed app.
Hi, Sorry for your issue. I replied to your message yesturday, did you not receive it? "What is the value of Cost per item field in Shopify, because if they is set our app will sync the data from there"

Great App, Customer support is awesome. highly suggest installing this hope that a fraud protection fee will be available in the settings soon to keep track of accurate transaction fees
