Great addition to the website. Super easy to create a video and it is a fun way to highlight products.

Its easy to use and you can get a great video done very easily. My only complaint? I can't seem to place this video anywhere in Shopify except in the Product catalog media whereas I would love to be able to put it on the Home page but I can't without a URL which with the FREE version of Promo.com I can't access the actual file for down load.

I tried the app out and appreciate that's it's free; however, I understand why. The limitations are not great especially considering that I can't fully enter my store's web address. Why have character limits for the most important aspect of the business?
Hi there, Thanks so much for the feedback. Yes, we do limit the number of characters but for a reason. We're using a technology that allows you to make an adjustment (such as color, text) that will always correlate with the animation. Removing this limitation can cause a serious change in the output of the video, such as a very small website address, that will be hard to read. I suggest using a URL shortener tool such as bit.ly, that not only gives you the option to cut down the characters, but also provides data on clicks. easy to use would be great if you could select more than one product but maybe it was the template I used. Fab stuff thanks

it is cool stuff. I delete the app once cuz stupid I made mistake to publish the video. reinstalled and finished up. that is really a good and free one. try it.

So easy to use. Can't believe this is free. It Totally ROCKS!! The only small criticism so far is that the video appears as a white square in our Insta feed, which looks a bit crappy.
