Promo has many of the features needed to easily and effectively communicate with customers at scale. There are even a few advanced features that you do not find in other tools. If this app were a Swiss Army knife it would have to be the Farmer. It's lightweight, portable, and packs the essential tools needed for most tasks. The team at Promo is open to feedback and has implemented several features rather quickly. We look forward to working with them to improve the tool. Many thanks!

I have only just downloaded this app to my shopify tonight and have already sent out my first newsletter. It was so easy, I didn't have to think too much on what kind of content to put in it which would do my head in. The templates are amazing and easy to edit, and it has made me feel so much more confident in sending newsletters to our subscribers. I highly recommend this app...

Hi, as a newbie I needed an app that 1) was free, 2) easy to use. I definitely got that from this app. I got a range of templates, that were really easy to edit, and they looked great. Highly recommend for newbie's dealing with information overload, and/or learning on the run. A very simply but satisfactory app. Thank you

It's easy to use. The monthly subscription isn't too high....i appreciate that because I'm just starting this business.

I use this app to regularly send newsletters to my clients and the overall process is quick, and easy, yet gives a professional looking newsletter. I have also contacted support to ask how some features work and they have been prompt with their response and more than helpful.

This app creates easy and cool newsletters for cheap. Made my newsletters way easier and seems to be effective.

I just used this app for the first time to send out my newsletter - at the download stage and even beyond that I thought I was getting a free app that adds on to my shopify site but once i was ready to publish I realized the cost would be $9/mth USD which is about $12 CND per month, this is a bit more than I wanted to pay but after corresponding with the developer I have a good understanding of what they are trying to do for customers. I am going to keep this one going for a few months and see if it suits my needs. The resulting newsletter that I created looks really good and the connection with the developer was very positive.
Thanks, we really appreciate the feedback Jackie. As discussed, a number of the features you mentioned have been added to our roadmap and we are hoping to get a few of them live for you shortly. In regards to pricing, a large chunk of the cost is put into email delivery services to ensure newsletters arrive in your customer's inboxes (and don't end up in spam). Our challenge is to find ways of reducing our costs over time to allow us to pass on some of these savings to customers. Until then, we are looking at ways of offering more pricing options like discounted yearly plans that might help the more price-conscious store owners. Ultimately, our goal is to try and deliver a few extra sales every month making the cost of our app profitable in the long run. Thanks again, Adam
