Great app easy to figure out and it has a lot of options

A little pricy. But this app is really easy to use and beautiful to show on website. Some of the functions I appreciate a lot such as daily scheduling so you can choose during what hours for showing certain messages.

easy to use product, and awesome customer service! i am brand new to this app (and ecommerce in general), and i found the app to be highly intuitive and easy to set up and use... then on the weekend when i was running a sale, the app stopped working... and i couldn't figure out why (i was tinkering with the settings...) so i emailed them, and even though it was a weekend and technically not their working hours (they work Japan time), i got a reply within an hour of my email to them... this type of customer service is just amazing, and i rate them 5 stars for being the real deal! thanks team, well done, looking forward to working with you!

Great customization option. You can basically do whatever you want. Also I had one issue with translation and receive great customer support by Anthony.

色々なアプリを導入しているなか苦手な英語対応のアプリに苦戦することが多々ありますが、日本語表示なうえ、インストールからPOPUP表示まで感覚的に使用することができとてもオススメです。 導入前に問い合わせた際にもレスポンスがとても速く、チャットで簡単に質問できることも教えてくださいました。 インストール時には必要なページが自動で開き、説明も掲載されていたので迷うことなく１分ほどで完了。20分後には、サイトに合わせたポップが導入することができ、ストレスフリーで設置することができたので、今後も色々と活用したいと思います。

This product is already very helpful in our marketing but a product is only equally valuable if it has great customer support team especially for this type of products that would require immediate tech support or else we lose thousands of dollars. Very fast and very knowledgeable customer support. Keep up the prompt response to customers and you will go far.
