お客様対応が早い。分からない機能があり、困っていたがリアルタイムで対応いただき非常に助かった。 1点。shopify側で設定したメールアドレス宛にしか回答が来ないのが残念。ですが、機能も含め無料でここまでできるのは助かっております。

A new app and I have been using it for half a year. There are bugs, but the main function - running popups - works really well, AND it's super simple to setup. Though there are still bugs to fix, the support team is both super helpful, responsive, and open to suggestions to features and improvements based on our experience.
