色々なアプリを導入しているなか苦手な英語対応のアプリに苦戦することが多々ありますが、日本語表示なうえ、インストールからPOPUP表示まで感覚的に使用することができとてもオススメです。 導入前に問い合わせた際にもレスポンスがとても速く、チャットで簡単に質問できることも教えてくださいました。 インストール時には必要なページが自動で開き、説明も掲載されていたので迷うことなく１分ほどで完了。20分後には、サイトに合わせたポップが導入することができ、ストレスフリーで設置することができたので、今後も色々と活用したいと思います。

Good functionalities for the price, with extensive targeting options and editable (basic) email template for follow-ups. We first used Shopify Forms, but as that one does not have multilang support we switched to this one which allows us to do custom forms for different markets.

Happy to find an app that has integrated store speed, this has been a previous issue in the pass with other apps drastically slowing down store. The technology for email pop-up is fantastic, high-impact design look and feel, easy to set-up and launch. I am a week in and so far great experience.

CSは完璧です。返事も早いし、詳しく説明もしてくれます。日本で使うのにはこちらアプリすごくお勧めです。海外では使ってないのでわかりませんが。（笑）ただ、基本的な知識は必要にはなるかと思ういます。Shopifyはある程度の知識は持っておかないといけないですが。

お客様対応が早い。 分からない機能があり、困っていたがリアルタイムで対応いただき非常に助かった。 1点。shopify側で設定したメールアドレス宛にしか回答が来ないのが残念。 ですが、機能も含め無料でここまでできるのは助かっております。

A new app and I have been using it for half a year. There are bugs, but the main function - running popups - works really well, AND it's super simple to setup. Though there are still bugs to fix, the support team is both super helpful, responsive, and open to suggestions to features and improvements based on our experience.

Good so far, I like how nicely the customization is set up and allowed me to create the pop up we needed.
