POOR SUPPORT, Not responsive to requests to information on how to setup and refine settings.

Installed the app a week ago and followed all the instructions. It doesn't work at all. It's been incredibly hard to get a hold of support, after multiple emails and live chats they just keep saying they're flagging the issue to their developers. To make matters worse, part of their product is broken: "Currently, our crawling bot is experiencing an issue. We are actively working to resolve this matter. Once the issue is fixed, you will regain access to the leaked discount code data."
