Sooo I updated my theme and for whatever reason my apps didn't pull over. I received a prompt response within minutes inside the chat feature of the app. Tom came in and figured out what the problem was and got it done in an instant! Forever grateful. Propel is great!! Thanks again!

I used the app to add a subscription option to a few products in our Shopify store and it was so easy to use and set up for each item. The support staff has been exceptional, quick to respond and ensure proper installation. I am so glad that we could benefit from this app.

Just installed the Subscriptions Recurring Orders and so far I am over the moon with how easy it was to set up! (Seriously, I did it while also getting my girls ready for school, it's that simple.) Support was lightening fast to remove the clickable branding, I am so excited to see where this takes my business!

So far so good. The support over live chat is very fast and easy to understand. I had some questions about how the app manages billing of my customers each month and got positive responses from the support guy.

I used the app to setup subscription. I was able to test it on my website and get a test email. I was able to remove the product name with help from the chat person Chud.
