Provido Inventory Forecasting

Provido replaced Stocky perfectly, forecasting demand accurately and drafting purchase orders I can approve instantly.
I switched from Stocky to Provido, and now demand forecasting, reorders, and purchase orders are effortless with accurate results.
Provido makes forecasting easy, every reorder clear, and purchase approvals super simple.
We've had a really good experience with Provido so far. The app is relatively straightforward to understand, and the workflow makes sense — review the forecast, understand why something is being recommended, and then approve the purchase order when we're happy with it. It's a much more practical approach to inventory management than trying to figure everything out manually.
Thanks for the review. Showing the reasoning behind each recommendation before you approve a PO is the core of how we built Provido, so it's good to hear that's working for you. If you need anything, just get in touch. Arkadas
We're not a huge operation, so we needed something that would help with inventory without being unnecessarily complicated. Provido has been a good fit for us. It gives us useful forecasting and replenishment information without requiring a complicated inventory management system. The interface is easy to understand and the recommendations are practical.
Thanks for the kind words! Really glad Provido has been useful for you and that the recommendations are helping without making inventory management more complicated. That’s exactly what we were hoping to achieve. Appreciate you using Provido! Arkadas
We've been using Provido for our Shopify inventory planning and it's quickly become one of those apps that saves us time in the background. The thing I like most is that it gives us a clear list of what may need reordering and lets us understand the reasoning behind it. The purchase order workflow is also really useful. We're still exploring everything the app can do, but so far it's been a very useful tool for managing stock.
Thanks for taking the time to write this. Saving you time in the background is exactly what we're aiming for. As you explore more of the app, we'd like to hear what else would help your team. Feel free to reach out anytime. Arkadas
Before using Provido, a lot of our inventory planning involved checking sales, stock levels and upcoming requirements manually. Provido has taken a lot of that repetitive work away from us. Having suggested reorders and purchase orders prepared for review means we can spend more time actually managing the business rather than putting spreadsheets together.
Thanks so much for the review! Great to hear Provido is saving you from all that manual checking and spreadsheet work. Hopefully that gives you a bit more time to focus on the business itself. Really appreciate you giving Provido a try! Arkadas
One thing I really like about Provido is that it doesn't just tell us what to reorder — it explains why. Being able to see things like demand, stock cover and reorder points makes the recommendations much easier to understand and trust. For us, that's much more useful than having a black-box forecast where we're just expected to accept the suggested quantity.
Thanks. That is the decision the whole app is built around. The forecasting is deterministic maths rather than AI, so the same sales history always gives the same recommendation, and any quantity can be traced back to the figures behind it. AI only writes the explanation in words. It never sets the number. If you ever look at the working and disagree with it, tell me. That is the most useful thing a merchant can send. Arkadas
We were looking for a replacement for Stocky and came across Provido. So far, it's been a great fit for what we needed. The forecasting and purchase order functionality are exactly the areas we were looking for, and being able to import our supplier information from our Stocky export made the transition much easier. It's still early days for us, but Provido has made inventory management much more organised.
Thanks for writing this up so early on. One thing worth doing in your first few weeks: check the lead times that came across with your supplier import. Stocky never exported observed lead times, so anything not set by hand sits on the fourteen day default, and lead time is the largest term in every reorder point the app calculates. Setting the real ones is the single biggest improvement you can make to the numbers. If anything looks wrong as you get further in, reply to any alert email and it comes straight to me. Arkadas
I've been using Provido to help with inventory forecasting and replenishment, and it's been a really useful addition to our Shopify store. I particularly like having a clear view of what needs to be reordered and why. It saves us from having to manually work through our sales history and stock levels. The app is straightforward to use and has made our inventory planning much easier.
Thanks for this. The "and why" part is the bit I most wanted to get right, so it is good to hear it is landing. If you ever disagree with a recommendation, the Why panel has the figures behind it: days of cover, the lead time used, and the demand it derived from your sales history. When a number looks wrong it is almost always the lead time, and correcting it changes the recommendation immediately. Arkadas
