I've been in eCommerce for over a decade, and Milan from Proviews went above and beyond. He resolved my integration issue himself instead of passing it off to support, unlike others like Yotpo. Proviews is truly underrated, and their exceptional service deserves recognition. Highly recommend!

So far so good. Issues fixed quickly, communication very good. App is quite big, but quite easy to navigate around, having questions and answered for your products is a good tool. Thanks Milan for sorting my issues.

I love this app and their other apps. Has been a blessing and if i ever need help they are there to help me. Also help when i have issues with any code that is there, they will help. Love that we are finally receiving reviews.

I had hope for this app when my last review app which I've used for years started getting glitchy. I can live with errors and getting help here and there, but during the 15-day trial, the entire dashboard and all my reviews disappeared and was replaced by an odd Proviews Q&A that looked like a backend interface. Their support did request for access to fix the problem at the end of the day but after 15 days, this will become a paid monthly app and for an error this big, it was hard to be confident in committing to this app for years to come. I don't really want to keep checking on an app to see if its working fine.
