I haven't been using the app for long, this review is more for the customer service. I had some issues with an import, which I couldn't resolve. The support was very good and the problem was fixed in a single session. The app itself is easy to use and has a wealth of features. I also use the Google Shopping Feed app, so keeping with Simprosys products seems like a good idea as the interfaces are similar.

I have only just installed the app and I have to say that I was impressed and very pleased with the simplicity of the installation. Time will tell if it works on my store and if it does I will be adding this app into my portfolio.

Using this service has been a pleasure. I'm particularly impressed with the technical support – their response time for issues like script errors is incredibly fast and effective. I've been in eCommerce for over a decade, and Milan from Proviews went above and beyond. He resolved my integration issue himself instead of passing it off to support, unlike others like Yotpo. Proviews is truly underrated, and their exceptional service deserves recognition. Highly recommend!
