Have been a loyal customer for years. Was a little hesitant with this new app but it's really awesome. The team were very helpful in transferring my data. Ajit especially was brilliant!

Stay Away From This App!! Reviews Published Without Approval Proviews has become a serious risk for Shopify merchants. Their new AI moderation system can publish reviews on your own storefront without prior approval from the website owner, leaving merchants to chase support after unwanted content is already live. Their off topic review AI moderation is also a joke, with the system failing to properly separate product reviews from delivery issues, personal taste opinions, or other matters outside the merchant’s direct control. Do not let them hide behind Google. Google Product Ratings may apply inside Google’s ecosystem, but that does not require Proviews to automatically publish reviews on a merchant’s own website. Other apps can manage Google compliant feeds while still allowing manual approval for website display. Any review app that removes merchant approval over website publication is not fit for purpose. In the end, Proviews’ system publishes reviews on your website at its own discretion, without explicit permission from the website owner.

This app is brilliant. So functional, does exactly what we need and the customer service is brilliant. If we have ever had any issues they have been so responsive and helpful. Worth every cent.

I have been a Simprosys customer first and then also added their Reviews app Proviews to my setup. Genuinely so happy! Their support is outstanding and in no comparison to any other big reviews apps. Keep up the good work!

So far so good. The app was easy to install and setup. I was specifically looking for a review app that would push reviews to FB and IG. Haven't had any reviews yet since installing the store so I will update this review when that happens. I'm also waiting on a couple of answers to questions from support and will also update this review if they're not responsive.

I haven't been using the app for long, this review is more for the customer service. I had some issues with an import, which I couldn't resolve. The support was very good and the problem was fixed in a single session. The app itself is easy to use and has a wealth of features. I also use the Google Shopping Feed app, so keeping with Simprosys products seems like a good idea as the interfaces are similar.
