The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

These guys are simply great. I imported all my reviews, over 700 from another app, and they helped me do this process smoothly. The customer service is the best i have ever seen in my life!

I use various Simprosys apps and they are great, the support service is quick and accurate. I 100% recommend their apps and services as I've experienced the benefits on a daily basis.

I wanted to create a REVIEW PAGE instead of having all of the reviews go to the specific products. This team was the ONLY team that was kind and helpful and worked with me get this done. I downloaded (and uninstalled 4 apps!) before I found this one. I WISH I would have found them first. AMAZING help desk, kind people and super patient! The reviews look great and the templates are easy to use!

I am using the review app and got some issue uploading the review correctly. customer support is really helpful in getting fixed and explain what happened, so I can avoid the issue next time

I started to use this app recently because I wanted a review app that is compatible with google shopping (SEO is a really big game changer for an online shop) I also wanted an app that can support photo reviews. I love proview so far, every piece of text is customizable, so I could translate everything manually into my shop language. (a lot of apps only support one language and can not be customized so this was amazing) The support is also incredibly fast and great. Really enjoying this app so far. I could also load all my past reviews in a CSV file which is also awesome.

All the reviews convinced me to try this app, and I was not dissapointed! I had a lot of reviews already on my website and Mr. Meet was so helpful and helped to import them and to get the app up and running. And now my customers can also leave picture reviews, which I'm so excited about. The app looks so nice on my website, and I love the question/answer section (I already had the app from this same developer, and was also assisted to migrate all the questions into the review section!) so so happy! get this app, you won't regret it!

Switched to this app from Yotpo after using Yotpo for 2 and a half years. Beyond satisfied. The support provided by their team, from setting up the account to infusing the reviews with our store, has been extraordinary. Kudos to the entire team.

We switched from another Shopify review app as we wanted to allow customers to be able to leave a photo if they wished . This was a very cost effective swap. But more importantly "Simprosys" have also written other apps for Google Merchant centre product feeds for multiple countries and also Google Product reviews. Very easy to install! The customer service is the best I have witnessed on Shopify . Fast communication and excellent support from Meet although I had no real issues uploading 10,000+ skus. Highly recommended.

We switched from Stamped.io. Proviews support is amazing! Reviews imported, widgets set-up, connected feed to merchant centre and product review feed live all in under 24 hours. Awesome!

The support from the staff here is second to none. Ajit was very helpful and he provided some of the best support that we have ever come across for Shopify apps.

Hi, to be honest, never experienced such a good support from these guys. I tried stamped.io beforehand and their support was so bad that I decided to stop working with stamped.io. Thex actually didnt respond within 48h! Only when I cancelled I recieved feedback. The guys from proview usually respond within cpuple of hours. The interface and the options are not as good as for e.g. from stamped.io but they are working on it to make the app better. The value money ratio you get is 1000x better than with stamped.io. Definielty a GO for Proview!

I've worked with Simprosys for a long time. Their customer service is knowledgeable and eager to help. This review app has a lot of cool features. I like the user interface, especially the layout of reviews and questions, on my website. The app is easy to use and has many features, such as displaying a review carousel, generating coupon codes, review drawer, and so on. Simprosys also develops websites, so they really understand the nuts and bolts of Shopify.

I only average one order per day on my store.I have been using this app for 2 weeks (I subscribed to basic pay plan after one week free). I have 6 reviews so far and one q & a. Love this, super easy to use. Installers were fast and ONLY required access. Installer did not need to ask me any questions. I got an email when they finished. I highly recommend this app. I am looking into their other apps as well.
