You aren't going to find a more complete product review app than this. In addition, the developer is fast to respond to issues and implement changes to deploy this in your store. You need this over any other review app. Publish reviews, unpublish reviews you do not want, or erroneous reviews left. I have an automation that automatically emails my customer 1 day after delivery receiving their order, requesting a review. I customized the email to offer 250 reward points for 5 star reviews left.
