Great free app, quick customer service!

Love this app. It is super simple, works great with my theme, the offers are easy to set up and customize and the suggestions make it even easier. My only issue was having the Pumper Badge show up on the widget on my webpage but then I realized that Pumper will remove that. I reached out to a rep and got hold of a very helpful one named Afira and she performed a free audit of my settings on the app to make sure it was working properly and then proceeded to remove the Pumper Badge. Spent a total of 5 minutes start to finish! Highly recommended. Thanks Pumper and thanks Afira!

It's much easier to set up than other apps, with a friendly and clean interface. Also, it's almost completely free, and although it does have their brand logo corner logo after installation, it can be removed by contacting their support team.Shruti helped me out quickly, and also provided some advice on marketing strategies, good review.

I had a hiccup while setting up my offers for different markets and for that I connected with the support team. Shruti helped me with my issue and was very responsive in the chat. I liked the customer support service here. I've never got a solution that quick with other apps.
