The experience is really nice with the app. It is easy to use with a great ui. Customer support is very nice as well, especially Najmus from the team. He guided me very well whenever I came across any issues or needed general help. Great app, great team.

Najmus was great. I was frustrated and he was able to walk me through with an article and screenshots to make sure I had the page the was i needed it to be.

I had a fantastic experience with Shruti from Pumper Bundles. She did an amazing job assisting me with setting up the app on my Shopify store. Shruti was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, making everything simple and stress-free. She took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly and answered all my questions along the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. Its unfortunate that this app as yet does not marry with afterpay (onsite messaging) at the product page. It does calculate is correctly at check out after testing but I have been advised that it is in the pipeline for the future. Thank you, Shruti, for your excellent support. I truly appreciate it!

Die App ist bis jetzt cool und Bedienungsfreundlich. Bin diesbezüglich recht überrascht, da ich auch die Kommentare hier gelesen habe. Ich vergebe nur 4 Sterne, da ich die App noch nicht so lange nutze. Dank Praveen ging die Bearbeitung recht schnell, da muss ich ihm die Arbeit loben. Danke nochmal für die schnelle Hilfe und Freundlichkeit.

My experience with the Pumper Bundle was excellent. The quality is great and everything works perfectly. Shruti handled everything very professionally and made the whole process smooth and easy. I’m really satisfied and would definitely recommend it

Totally amazed and satisfied, we got a chat with one of there online contact person (Shruti), thought its a chatbot but the she was actually live and helped us really well, time & professionally.

It works perfectly. So far, it was easy navigating this application and I can create bundle easily. The customer service is easy to talk with, especially Praveen, who helped me through the process.

Great experience with Pumper! I’ve been using it with Pumper, and the experience has been really smooth and helpful. The app interface is simple, easy to understand, and works without confusion. Pumper features are useful and save a lot of time. Special thanks to Shruti for the support and guidance—she was polite, responsive, and explained everything clearly. Customer service is great. I have spoken to Gourav a few times about issue I had. He was very helpful and answered my questions quickly. Would love to see a few updates for mix and match bundles. The app is very easy to navigate and use, customisation is good.

Initially I was finding my way with setting up bundles, but with the help of Dinesh and Bhushan, I was quickly able to create my bundles and understand how everything works. They were very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, and able to assist me speedily. Their support made the process smooth and straightforward. The app works perfectly for my needs - allowing customers to select different variants within bundles, which is exactly what I needed for my faith-inspired products.
