My first time experience was pretty good. I went through the verification audit process with Gourav from the support team. He made sure everything was working correctly and guided me through making sure my setting were correct. There seemed to be a few options that weren't working properly, but he made sure I adjusted my settings so that offers worked as intended.

I like the product and there is something to be said for the idea of having a good customer service experience, but maybe because I have over 40 years experience in the IT industry the idea that I need something I have created verified and for that to take about 10 minutes when it needn't. Forcing somebody to interact when it is not necessary to do so surely clogs up support for those who genuinely need it

Had issues with setup, double blocks. Customer rep was readily available to help me resolve my issues. Just wish this was bit cheaper for newbies.

Customer service was great. Gourav fixed an item before I found it while we were on chat. He was very pleasant and responsive and stayed on chat with me until I had everything figured out.
