App is very glitchy and requires frequent customer support and developers to fix. Customer support is pretty good but it's hard trusting an app that fails so much. Hoping to upgrade this review if things getting better over the next few weeks.

Very nice and clear app. It made us alot of $$$. Big shoutout to Mithun. He's a real G <3 It definetely increased the AOV in our store.

The fastest service I've ever had in my life, the agent Najmus answered me very quickly and solved my problem. The app is good, but they need to solve some bugs that other apps don't have.

I had a great experience with the Pumper App support team especially Mithu, who was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He walked me through the changes I needed step by step on a video call, gave a clear demo, and patiently answered all my questions. It made a big difference having someone so responsive and kind on hand. Really appreciated the support thank you!
