So far, so good! I'm still new to the app so I'm waiting to see how my customers respond, but as far as useability it was so easy to setup! Many Shopify apps I've had to read the instructions for use, but Pumper Bundles was so user-friendly. I had my first offer setup within 10 minutes. It seamlessly integrated with my store and I had Dinesh help me with verifying that it was working with my website. It's Sunday and they let me know customer service is slower on Sunday. Dinesh was wonderful and very encouraging. I'm on the free plan right now, but I hope to soon expand to a paid plan. Fingers crossed! Great service.

Pumper has been amazing at increasing my AOV without me having to do any heavy lifting. I wish I plugged it in right from the beginning! It gives customers a great incentive to double their order volume & has been super helpful managing wholesale customer orders as well as I set that up through here too, so doubly helpful!
